FLUSH will accept for return or exchange items that are in new condition, uninstalled, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out with your item within 21 days from the receipt of the original order. Items must be returned with all FLUSH packaging and must be in new, unused condition.
If for some reason, we at FLUSH have made a mistake (yes, I know we all make them), we will be happy to exchange your item using expedited shipping at no additional cost, and we will be happy to let your client know directly that it’s on us!
As with anything new, FLUSH registers and fan covers will take a bit of explaining to ensure an epic final installation.
